Visited the showroom for test drive of City H-EV and was amazed by the hospitality. Mr. Sagar Patil was kind enough to give a detail tour of the car and explained each and every feature of the same during test drive. Definitely has to be one of the best Honda cars showroom.

Without any doubt - one of the best car show room and dealers! I recently purchased Honda City VX CVT with an all round outstanding experience.

The experience is quite good with very courteous staff. I have booked a vehicle from them so will write a detailed review once I receive the vehicle.
Update after receiving delivery - delivery happened on Dasara due to which a lot of rush was there but still the overall delivery experience was good. The only downside was the discount was adjusted in the RTO refund which I was not expecting.
First service at 1k KM - it took 6 hours to do the 1 hour job. Hopefully they will expedite the process from the next service onwards.

Got My Honda City delivered this week. Initially, went there to enqire about 4 th gen City, which is being phased out. As it was not available, showroom manager Mr Pankaj Patil showed flexibility and understood my requirements and gave me the offer for 5 th gen model with a very manageble price difference. He was very gentle and polite, answered my every query satisfactorily and made sure that I get a good deal with insurance also. Also thanks to the sales rep. Mr Sagar Divekar and Honda terrace team for arranging my old car exchange process hasslefree with doorstep service.
Now yet to get the experience of after sales service 😃

Worst Service from Insurance Desk, for policy renew people called every day but when to issue policy I have to follow up almost 10 times. Other than false commitment no support

THIS SERVICE centre Bavdhan don’t even deserve 1 star. I really have no faith in their servicing. Somehow I feel these guys dont really service the car but do basic checks and send it to us. I really expect them to atleast service the cars and maintain the cars in good condition for longer life and validity. Hope some one from their head office takes note of this comment and makes improvement. Very bad experience of Mr RAJESH MAJIRE regarding servicing and communication. They only charge huge amount of bills and doing nothing. Please don’t go only by name of Honda it is totally disappointed.

Satisfied with the service they provided,actually I do regular service at different service centre,i came here to replace my car's remote cell.
They quickly gave new cell and billed.
Within 10 min my work completed which appreciated.

They will always do what they want to do not what you want them to do and Give you big Bill in Your Hand not once but Always …. Small Iteam like Nut and Bolts are Never Available and they will ask you to wait for a Week come on Honda is this a Showroom Service Station or Some Road Side Garage???
