I recieved call from Chetna (Customer relationship). The leadership level of TEJPAL MOTORS is same as the associate level infact worst. She simply checked the booking status in MG/Tejpal system before calling me and shared nothing but informed to wait untill August,22 now. I explained the entire situation again and made her understand what I had gone through until now from MG Tejpal. Chetna informed that the delivery period is extended as again it was during the time of booking and they are currently having a backlogs which they aren't able to meet. I am really surprised to know that no one despite me contacting Tejpal (proactively always) informed me that waiting period is further extended. All Chetna did was sorry and explained that she is out of scope and can't help me as production etc is dependent on MG India. She was only sorry which isn't making sense as I'm already wasting my time. I had DEMANDED the update on July 10, 22 (including the buffer time) as she will get the inventory update by then. Moreover, I had also demanded the exact delivery date by July 10, 22.
NOTE: I'M NOT EXPECTING TO WAIT UNIL AUGUST, 22 FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY MG ZS EV.

The below email too has two typos:
1 - Name addressed in email is Mr Shindel as against 'Mr Shinde'. Really a shame once again that a simple copy paste on email too isn't done effective.
2 - How come I'm getting dispatch process of MG Astor against my booked vehicle which is different i.e. MG ZS EV white?!
I really demand a senior person from Tejapal and MG india to connect for giving my exact delivery date not later than June.
Really the worst service from MG india and MG dealership Tejapl motors, mumbai, chembur, india. I connect customer service agent to escalate the issue. I was promised a supervisor call back but no reply. Moreover i was also promised a reply on email but still failed to do so by MG india. Below is the details of customer service agent.

Preetpal and Chetna are not replying to me on asking the escalation matrix. Preetpal says he is the highest point of contact.
Be careful about the promises
They will give you stress and wont even helpful.
IMHO Book it some where else instead of them.
They dont even check cars for delivery i got mine with paint chipped and stains on the Head Liner. After a few emails i have exchanged with them i got it replaced but the harrowing experince they offer cannot be undone.
if you want your car buying experiance to be stressed and appauling you are at the right place.
Aviod making purchases here.
They do all the goof ups and except CRM to do the clean up jobs.
No MG showroom nearby in Navi Mumbai region.I was excited at first but I came out only with unresolved questions

Worst car showroom I have ever seen…. they don’t keep the commitment which they make at the time of booking. Slow and unresponsive specially the superior staff. They are maligning MG brand, really sad.
