Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Puneet Cars, Malad

Overall experience was good. Though there has been some communication gaps with the team, Mr. Ajay Gaur of Tata Motors made sure that we get the delivery within 20 days of making the payment. Delivery procedure was hassle free and quick. Also, the showroom is in dire need of good staff who won’t lie to customers to make a sell.

Once you buy the product and leave the showroom then they hardly care about the customer.
I can go on and on regarding complaints in short avoid buying any cars from them irrespective what they say.
They don’t even deserve 1 star which we have to give to post our comments.

Now they will say call us mail us and vl bla bla .
Let me say clearly you people are spooling TATA’S name

WORST Buying experience with Puneet Motors. We cancelled booking after 80 days. Total Fake dealership.

Make false promises to lure clients with early deliver of car, then make excuses to fulfill on delivery date. After escalating to TATA Customer Care they suddenly started scrambling to save face. Irresponsible GM and unacceptable sales staff. Regret booking with them.

Purchased Tigor XZ+ CNG during diwali offers. Initially, I was sceptical to book the vehicle from Puneet Motors after reading some negative reviews. However, after getting a test drive through their Sales Executive - Mr. Manish Gupta, I went ahead with the booking. And I am not disappointed a bit with my decision. Mr. Manish Gupta has provided excellent sales support from test drive to delivery of the vehicle. Not only did he allowed me to do PDI before making full payment, but also he provided me a detailed breakup of RTO, Insurance and Fast Tag expenses. He also deducted various hidden ‘service’ charges from the on-road price on my request. Even after delivery of the vehicle, when I pointed out to him that a certain amount was overpaid by me, he installed mud flaps against the same. They had tie-up with SBI for providing car loan and even that process was extremely smooth and transparent from application to disbursal of the loan. The vehicle is in excellent condition. Highly recommend a prospective purchaser to book their TATA car from Puneet Motors and preferably via their Sales Executive - Mr. Manish Gupta.

Recently purchased a Tata Punch from Puneet Motors, Malad Showroom. My experience was very very nice. The Staff was extremely cordial & helpful. Wish to make a special mention of Mr. Sahil, a super talented sales executive. Very knowledgeable, sincere & helpful. Wish to also make a mention of Mr. Swapnil & Mr. Akash. Both were very good. My experience was to good.very cooperative staff delivery done on said date as i brought Tata tigor. Delivery done within 20 days. Very happy as it was our first car.

I went for a test drive for a harrier. The representative weren’t aware of the specifications of the car. They gave me a printout to read the features. The test drive vehicle was in a bad shape and gave a bad experience of the car. On giving this feedback, the technical guy promised for another test drive 2-3 days later. On the pre decided time, the representative stopped picking calls and responding to messages. On messaging him after waiting for an hour, he replies sorry vehicle was not available. Very bad experience with the most unprofessional staff. Truely spoiling Tata brand’s name.
