Worst service. Their sales department is good but their after sale service is worst. Never buy car from them. Prefer any other maruti dealer but not them. They have absolutely no management. You will be harrsed to the core and still the car will come home without service.
They hold cars for lon period and take no responsblity for it.

Under the guidance and support by Mr. Sunil Jadhav i finally buyed my first car from Showroom. The car delivery process was smoothly done & best things were recommended by the executive. My experience for buying car was extremely good. If any body is looking for buying a car all process from buying car to bank loan done by the showroom itself, you can ask for Mr. sunil for buying car. Thanks Shaan Cars !!

Very Bad experience with servicing team,

Whatever they commit they do half of the work and charge you full.

With me whatever i told to do they haven’t finished the work and send the car at my place, when i saw few thing are not done then i sent my car back to the service station. Agin at the delivery they did not finished the work and third time i have to visit the showroom to fix the problem cause i have paid for that fix.

Really very bad experience with this service station.

Don't give the your car for service to shaan car , they not maintain the car properly and also not wash and clean properly , lots of crashes done by them and now they are refusing , and also they use our petrol

This is one of the best Maruti service centre. I have baleno delta for which I often come here for service related needs. This place has a well maintained customer waiting room with air conditioning facilities. Also they serve waiting customer tea and water. Staff is helpful.
