Aditya Tata Cars Sales and Service

Yesterday I did my Tata Punch's First Free Service here.
My service advisor Mr. Aditya was really helpful and answered all my queries related to my new car and its services very patiently.
All the other staff here is also very cooperative and the service is very good. Thank you and keep up the good work!🙂😊

The only problem of this showroom is its in hinga road and it's very dark, no street lights and currently there's construction ongoing.
The behaviour and treatment was really Good.
Our lady salesgirl was really helpful and upon request, she showed us the variant that we are buying..even let us drive it a bit.
Overall experience till now is good.
Will get to know more after delivery of the vehicle and after sale service.

Tata Motors sales and service center. Good facility...waiting area is also good. Only problem you will face to get transport to reach there.

I visited Aditya, Tata Cars showroom recently. I was assisted by MR. MOHAN DALAMI, and I sincerely appreciate his efforts. He understood my requirements and budget constraints and accordingly suggested me a perfect car. His suggestions were backed up by On-paper theory and specifications. Most importantly, he arranged test drive vehicles in a quick span to validate his explanation, the cars vere maintained to provide the best experience. He gave us a complete tour of On road and Off road experience for selected car. I appreciate his unbiased explanations for the product and allocating a privileged timespan for my doubts and concerns.

Worst repair service...I have done repair on my new car after small accident for which they took around 2-3 weeks and the paint work was not done correctly now it started falling off. As I was in hurry they said they will send out the paperwork later but did not.

Very small showroom, only one car for showcase, no test drive. Sales person is friendly & cooperative but not informative. Seems to be new or having Less knowledge about cars

Overall good customer service experience.
Car delivery Venus is not up to date, very basic interiors and decoration ,need improvement in its infrastructure
