It was a nice experience from visiting the showroom to delivery of car today. I bought WagonR ZXI model from Kothari Wheels, Viman Nagar. Mr.Mayuresh & Mr.Kalidas were supportive, courteous & co-operative since beginning. Service provided by them was excellent. But I gave one star less just because of ready unavailability of few color variants in their stock, else you have to try your luck and wait till your selected color car is available. This might be the case with all dealers in Pune, but I’m sharing my point of view. Overall I’m happy to buy a Maruti Suzuki car which I always wanted to. Felt blessed.☺️

I like the service but. I have a concern regarding discount rate, corporate discount and that 2% increase of rate at the time of deliver the rate which is applicable that you have to pay very ill letierate way of not disclosing the final amount and one more important thing that under taking form need to be filled like teacher tell us to make us fill in the school.
Rest all the things are very well explained.🤜🤛

Please do not purchase any car from this Showroom.
As the new car is delivered to customer, no one from kothari wheels entertains or attain the customer's query, which is very annoying. Till the customer purchases the car, sales team and others are very nice to customer, and after the car is purchased, no one from Kothari wheels bothers to the customer..
