Eros Hyundai

I am not personally visited Hyundai showroom but I add this place on the Google map. One of the biggest car showroom in Bhandara city. Anyone can buy car with easy process.

No vehicles for test drive. The staff is not knowledgeable about car features, giving incorrect information.

When asked for test drive, they were willing to give new customer's car which was scheduled to be delivered.

Nice experience with the sales executive.kind and cooperative.Great !
It could be better to see all new variants in the showroom.But overall nice and great experience.

Expecting good service for my vehicle.

The worst dealership experience does not purchase any accessories from them. It's more than six months, and they can't arrange essential accessories like a mud flap. Also, they didn't have double-sided tape for installing accessories. When I took the delivery of a car, I bought a door visor, but they did not have enough double-sided tape. So they did not install it correctly, the passenger side door visor fell during a drive within a day, and I lost it. In the next week, the driver side door visor fell off. During the first service of the car, I gave one door visor to install it. But they said we did not have a double-sided tape. Then one month later I went to them that time also they didn't have a double-sided tape. For a lost door visor, I have to buy all four-door visors. Because this dealer didn't install door visors correctly, and they did not have double-sided tape.

First servicing was too bad.. but now staff is increased.. 2nd servicing was good👍

Don't buy anything from this showroom....worst experience ever....1st salesman was good then suddenly after buying myself a car he changed his attitude and tone
