MG’s newest offering in the market, the Astor, is a petrol-equivalent of the ZS EV. It looks sharper than the EV; is offered with a choice two engine-transmission options – a 1.5-litre petrol engine with a 5-speed manual or CVT automatic, and a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol with a 6-speed automatic; and it’s equipped with in-vogue features; so, it has the right ingredients to entice buyers.

Went into the showroom for a MG electric car and found the infrastructure is quite good along with the product.The sales manager had good knowledge of the product and answered all the queries patiently. Good to know that MG gives 2 chargers with EV- one slow 3 pin charger and one fast 25 kW charger.

Recently my brother in law purchased MG Astor from this showroom... The greeting experience, the staff, the information provided by all the stake holders was impressive.
Nobody left you unnoticed or unattended...
Almost all the cars are available.
The delivery process is also excellent.
In short, they have made the life time moment so memorable...

Had a chanced meeting with executives of MG Motor in Jogeshwari. Very hospitable staff. Offered refreshments. Gave good suggestions. The outlet is big and well maintained. Overall a good experience. The location is a bit offbeat rest once inside it's tranquil.

Extremely pathetic service
I had booked a car with them from the Jogeshwari dealership, they will promise you the delivery and take the booking just to close their sales target and then will not deliver what they promise, they will then tell you the waiting period is long and other excuses. Extremely unprofessional and laid back attitude.
If you enquire about the booking multiple times after a while they will tell you can take the refund.

My experience has been amazing . I just walked in with no clear intention. But the way the orientation was given of the MG Astor I fell in love with the car and the experience provided I was very personalised . Good followup and prompt response . The service is excellent and builds lot of faith and trust in the product too . Good job by the team at MG jogeshwari .

Sweet talks are given while booking but when it comes to delivering they lack, that's when communication gap builds. You need to constantly followup for delivery of your vehicle. Getting finance done by yourself would be cheaper or compare with dealers finance offer. In my case I got it done by self at low roi. Purchase your choice number as soon as you book your car or when it's nearing delivery would be cheaper doing it yourself. After paying your last & final amount keeping following up for car registration orlese it will be delayed. Check car before taking handover and signing papers. Read and understand the documents while signing.
Get loan disbursement done when the car reaches showroom and you check it. Communicate everything via email as telephonic conversation won't be of any proof if anything goes wrong or if something is promised to you. Keep following up till the car I'd divered and features are explained. Overall experience was decent. One of rm was really good.
