Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Sai Service, Pune, Deccan Gymkhana)

Vehicle returns after servicing and this is found next morning. Horrible is the quality of work. Now they ask me to drive the vehicle to the workshop without gear box oil in it. Atrocious.

Requesting all who are reading this feedback , don't book your car at sai service Deecan , very pathetic service also people like Mr. Milind Sonawane who doesn't respond you after your booking. Arrogance reflect in there talk. False commitment at its best.

I had given my swift for denting repairing services at Sai Service ,Deccan . Mr. Kiran Bhakre attended us his knowledge & understanding our exact requirement was very good hense he promptly explained the insurance survey procedure . Guided us to do it in time as it was pre diwali time .But his advise helped us to get it done as per our convenience with timely follow-up without any delay & the work done with complete satisfaction . it was Amazing hasslefree & smooth experience from Mr. Kiran . It was surprising as my past experience in other company service center was horrible. I wil certainly recommend anyone looking for maruti vehicles sales or service to Deccan Sai Service.

Sai Service, Deccan, is a good dealer in terms of showroom ambience, punctuality, administrative matters, car delivery arrangements, test ride, honesty, vehicle condition, staff accessibility and friendliness. However, they need to improve in keeping the customer updated about delivery date and accuracy of technical information.
