Sales representative at Thane are lethargic, unresponsive and they think that in spite of their behaviour, cars will be sold just because of the name is Maruti Suzuki! (To some extent this is correct) And therefore, it seems they are not interested. This is my personal experience recently for new car enquiry with them. I wonder, what will be their after sales service!?? Owners of the showroom should be taking more interest since this is the showroom from where they have grown up in so far as I know.
