Very very poor after sales service my vehicle is at Taloja unit for 15days no one called for update they them claim insurance and not a single update provided and now nobody now what the current status of my vehicle. Very pathetic and irritating experience with Excel Autovista kharghar i highly recommend not to use this place for purchasing Maruti vehicle #Maruti Suzuki regret to be your customer.

Earlier had given a 4 star rating but now giving it 1 star as the customer service is very lathargic and slow.
Want to book an ertiga zxi variant and asking for a home test drive from last week but no response from sales executive.
And haven't booked yet but still all the follow up has to be done by me as executive are super busy.
Maruti dealers are enjoying their sales as they have good products and nothing else in terms of customer support.
