10 years of my XUV 500 and service experience with Unnati Motors. Worst experience the whole time - they will call you for service at 9:30-10 and no one would entertain you for an hour and same at the time of receiving the vehicle, they would change the parts without your consent and charge you, they will not entertain your complaints and never ever received car clean interiors were dirty always. The day I found my car could be serviced outside, I stopped going there. Similar experience from other known people.

Went for a test drive of XUV. Was welcomed by the receptionist and was asked to wait for sometime since all the executives were busy. I was attended writhing short time. The sales executive took 10 minutes to complete the formalities and took us for test drive. The car was not sanitised before use. The sales executive was Corona proof. He wore his mask in the neck and kept coughing and sneezing in an air conditioned car. Pathetic and a real health hazard in these days. They throw covid protocols out of the window. The showroom is spacious. Cars are available for test drives. Parking is ample. Sales executive was clueless about features of car and also not interested in explaining the same. Overall a vast scope for improvement.
