Nice service. Nice hospitality. Wonder why people cry about Tata's service..

I have booked altroz befor month from jaika motors Wardha, still they are saying that vehicle is not allotted, still they are giving excuses only, when i checked with other showroom, they have allocated vehicle for those who have booked in october, dont know whats going on ...this is worst experience ever had.

Experience was nice. But the effort that you have to put to buy tata car is the same as earlier. The service from tata motors is the best one, but the service from delear is the same as earlier.
Jaika motors should improve themselves for hassle-free experience of the owner.

Very poor service no customer service

Had a very terrible experience at Jaika motors wardha. After servicing my Nexon, they kept engine oil cap opened, due to which fan belt and other parts were damaged. My car broke down in middle of journey. They are untrained, careless and inexperienced workers, will never recommend anyone to get your car service from these guys.

Tata conductivily launch its 3rd EV . And it has been more 2 years Nexon is Road. Still this show room don't have Fast EV charging station. What a slow and lethargic behaviour by TATA power . Very disappointed...
