Great place for servicing but the drawback is the labour charges.
Near to city. Prompt delivery - friendly staff.

But have to say: you will loose your charger pins if you forget to take care of that.

An okay service center. Service is very poor. My friend recently bought an s-cross and the first service was pathetic. Just for scratch they're charging 4,500 and for all in all for 3 scratches they told us it would cost us more than that, like 10,000 even the things are just minute. When it was the case of Hyundai services they used to do this more cost effective way for the same level of job. Their water service is dumb as hell. The smudges and water droplets were still there after the service. It's horrible.

Unexpectedly great experience from an out of home town, Suzuki dealer. I happened to just get into the NEXA showroom at Kodimata, as my TATA brand was getting assessed for it sudden technical snag, just opposite to AVG, enroute TVM from Ernakulam. Met Mr. Joby Jacob (Sales Manager of AVG) and what transpired was an unexpectedly sudden decision for purchase of IGNIS Delta variant. Great assessment of my requirements, concerns and budget. I got a vehicle that gave me more than what I expected out of my budget. I got it in KL 07 registeration too. Within a few days, I just handed over my old TATA brand to AVG TrueValue team. I got a good price for it too. All said, my experience with the AVG team was excellent until now.

Please do not take your car for service here they will charge you high and Service advisor and others treat us like dogs .Charged around 30 k for my car and even AC vend was not being cleaned properly the people on cash section are just for for taking cash and not even giving attention to customers tl.

Worst service and customer service vehicle almost spend 2 months In service center for body repair also damaged music system volume control knob 🎛 next time will look for another dealer also tell my friends also the incident
