Classic Hyundai

I hav had all my services done from here so far so good. I am satisfied with the quality of work. The staffs have been really nice and explained things well, even the security is courteous and discreet in his enquiries. The only limitation i felt was The customer car landing area and approach to service area is a little narrow & i would encourage the managers to allow customers to come up to service bays in a non hazardous manner so that they get satisfied upon proof of work/ arrange the waiting area so as to have a direct view of service been done. But overall yes, good service and good staff support. Good work classic.

The showroom is just ok not fully air-conditioned and the staff bahaviour is also customer friendly and they will explain all the details in a good manner and easily understandable. They provided a detailed overview of the product and the displayed of all the available models.
The showroom entrance need to be more attractive and not clean as well.
The showroom is spacious and can be arranged much more useful way.
Thr service centre and yard is near to the showroom and easily accessible.

Staffs were cordial and helpful. Understand the issues and concerns of the customer.

Bunch of scammers who do anything to earn money.I experienced unpleasant things from them,Even though they know the car i used have 3 years warranty and get some electronic parts replacement but they hide it from and asked me to pay but fortunately,i enquired other car service dealer and gets informations,so I don't fall to their trap.Also on my last service they give a estimated bill with more than 65% service charge 😡

Very bad customer service , i booked a car before for months he told will delever but last time he didnt give my choice
