These guys charging too much and if you go somewhere else you can get it done with half of the cost. This guys is a rip off artists.

Very bad service. Every time after the service from here new issues keeps coming. Did the last service of my car 2 weeks back from here. Post which the ABS/Engine faulty warning sign started showing up. When I took the vehicle for checking on the issue, they advised me to replace the sensors with additional cost. After this checkup, car door windows were not able to pull down and the reverse parking camera was not working as the wire was disconnected, which I got fixed from a local car accessories shop. Very bad service and I lost trust in Maruti. I am planning to change my car soon, but definitely not going to buy Maruti again.

Good service center but customer waiting hall and office is a mess. They are overloaded and had to wait 45 mins to handover my car for service. So dont know regarding the quality of servicing since had not done any major work apart from basic servicing.
