Sales and commitment in this showroom is very bad. You will not get the Vechicle on time, they will give wrong commitments while booking. Finally you will not get Vechicle on time. Poor customer service.They are not bothered about customer delivery. They want only booking to happen and reach their target. If you want your Vechicle on time delivery please book from some other showrooms. Nexa have only one showroom in Palakkad, so they know people will come to them. Really disappointed.
Poor customer care, 3 months back I have bought the car from here, till now they have not given the accessories which they claimed at the time of delivery. Wheel caps for Baleno you require 3 to 4 months to give to customer care.Still I didn't receive. Very bad.They will not give vehicle on time delivery. They will tell many offers at the time of booking, buy at the time of delivery they will not give, will tell some lame reasons. Please take car from other outlets. Worst outlet which I seen. Their Nexa is another Worst. Both showroom was only booking and money. They can't fulfill the customer. Please stay away. They can't promise the words and commitment. Always the executive will tell wrong commitment only to get booking.

This is to inform you that I bought a new car WagonR form Indus Motors Nexa Palakkad (Paperwork is done at Indus Motors Nexa and vehicle delivery at Indus Motors Palakkad) one and half months ago. But I regret to inform you that I had a very bad experience from there regarding the procedure RC book and Insurance. At the time of delivery of the car, my address wrongly mentioned in the vehicle insurance paper and I was informed to Mr. Shahil, Sales Executives and Mr. Viju, Manager. But still there are no corrections in insurance and one contact me regarding the address mistake in insurance. In the case of RC Book, I could not receive till date. Im directly contact the RTO office for the status of my RC Book, but the reply from RTO side my vehicle details are not received from showroom so far. I have tried to call the manager and sales executive for RC book, there is no response in that to the till date. Another issue related to the cost of accessories. The sales executive Mr. Shahil told the total cost of accessories Rs. 21,000.00 and the amount transferred to Mr. Shahil account through UPI (Google Pay) but I received an invoice of Rs. 18,000.00 only. I inform him several times about address mistake, RC Book Issue and accessories issue there is no response in that to the till date. I have requested you to kindly look in to the matter and do needful as soon as possible. I never expect the worst service from indus motors nexa. I will never recommend the indus motors to anyone.

Salesman executive knowledge is good but sales pitch is not at all good, and customers not satisfied with these type behaviour from staffs better to improve the salesman sales pitch experience.

Great service by the sales executive. But never ever choose additional options such as spoiler for your car from here. They make us run behind it and make us feel pity for choosing a car from this showroom, and imposes all the problems related to the fittings as our own fault.

Very bad experience. The vehicle given was used for 356kms and used for 9 hrs.
The vehicle was very dirty inside there was actually dirty foot prints in the rear seat. I suspect the manipulative costumer care executives may gave it for rent a car. They delayed the car delivery even after getting registration number. I think no one in the showroom would not make the car so dirty. The executive said the cleaning guy is absent that day, that is why car is that dirty! The plastic covers in the seats are all removed. Please think twice while dealing with them

I place complaints to nexa authorities and they didn’t respond to my complaints yet. I bought car on 27 October 2022.
