They are very respondsive and went above and beyond with any questions or special request i had! This is ano hassel, lowpressure dealership and i would highly recomended to friends and family. Pathetic customer service! We usually go to the Killippalam service center for routine maintenance, and most of the time they provide decent service. However, there are several issues during this service period.
1) It took two weeks to get the car, and my sister had to call several times to check in. 2) The car started making noise from the very next day, and I had to call a couple of times to get an engineer to come to my house. Finally, he had come and cleaned the AC filer (I'm not sure why they hadn't checked this despite charging 12,000 for the service) and asked me to change the filter myself! 3) The insurance claim details have not yet been provided.
