Actually, I was reluctant to visit the Payyanur service centre for wheel alignment and other tech issues in steering hardness of my tata nexon vehicle as I had never been there since it's opening. But on my first visit today I am totally surprised to see the arrangement they made there. Unlike other service centre, there is high visibility of various work being done by the technician. Wheel alignment system is so close that the customer can even view the alignment display on their computer. I felt the staff at the centre are very friendly and technically efficient. Mr Hareesh has a good caliber on customer dealing. I hope their sincere efforts will help the centre to be top and best service centre of the TATA Motors in Kannur Kasaragod Districts. Hope the management will extend all their support

My experience with the KVR sservice center at Payyanur has been very good. I had a technical issue with my tiago and the service advice Mr Harish was very helpful in guiding me and helped in getting the proper solution.

Last week I have serviced my vehicle from KVR Tata Payyanur. I am so happy by the service especially from Mr. Harish, He is having excellent knowledge and communication skill.
