VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. I'm a Doctor working in Perinthalmanna. I had recently purchased a premium car from them.initially i thought they are very good at their work and truthful to their customers..I saw the car at their showroom and they obliged to bring the car to my house for test drive..which impressed me ..the car looked great. I was told they will help me with the paperwork transfer to my name( it was a out of state car). They told me they are not able to do it..there is some issue to get into my name ..i told them to give the RC to me,i shall do it myself. I gt the name transferred in exactly two days .. I did the full payment on the correct date i had promised..but they refused to give me the orginal RC and insurance,they kept playing around the bush. On asking they told they will give today or tomorrow and days went by..i gt the RC after 20 days of money transfer..they told me it was fully serviced recently and everything is in full condition. On my first journey, the car showed engine oil below minimum and the car broke down. Then the car was full of leakage from everywhere..they also have good sales executive who doesn't answer the phones whn v call ..I guess buying maruti alto like cars is ok for this dealer..don't go for premium,,bks they are not that premium to deal with ..

They still haven't given me the recent service details ..and not picking the calls ..don't knw how to deal with customers who buy their premium car's.

Apart from the top quality cars at Kallingal cars, dealing with KALLINGAL gives peace of mind....right from test drive of a car to complete documentation including insurance etc. is professionally handled. Excellent.

Not satisfied. Promised two hours for seat covering service but it took more than 4 hours. When the labours went out for some purpose doors are kept opened and dust entered into the car! Very mechanical 😓.
It's terrible 😭😭😭

Worst service ever. They have the highest price in town, and treat customers with no respect. Their motto is profit and only profit and no customer satisfaction.
Verdict. Strictly avoid it at any cost and look for car accessories shops around Perinthalmanna or Malappuram.

I strongly recommend kallingal cars. Very friendly behaviour.. outstanding service. 👍👍

Go there only if you have plenty of time. For simple things you need to wait the whole day.
