This is probably one of the worst service center in india. I did a paint job on my Jeep Compass, 2 months ago which started fading and the quality of the job is pathetic. I informed the service centre for the same and they asked me to give the vehicle back to repaint it and they did with a few more dents in the car. I had an insurance work done with them as well for which they asked me to pay in advance and that they will return it once the insurance company transfers it its been more than 2 weeks and these people are giving me a runaround such an unprofessional staff. Do not get your vehicle serviced from this service centre.

Really poor service! It took more than half an hour for service advisor to turn up!!

I am from Dehradun and recently moved to Calicut. I gave my Jeep for 5th year service and a thorough cleaning as it was dirty after long journey. The car was picked up one evening and it took 2 days for the service. Extremely disappointed with the overall cleaning. The cleaning standards are even lower that a roadside car wash. The seats were not vacuumed properly and there was good particles inside. The dash board polish was applied unevenly and seemed unprofessional. The mats not washed properly. The under mat carpet was dirty. The wipers not cleaned.
Disheartening to get this service for the amount you pay. My total service cost was close to 40k and when I sat into my car I felt frustrated.

A true premium experience. Staffs are excellent and have great knowledge and enthusiasm. They are technically capable for sure, was able to answer all the queries regarding the offerings.

Showroom is also good, there were enough test drive vehicles available. They provided test drives without any hesitation and explained about the product in depth.

I was totally happy with the experience. Keep up the great work!!
