Maruti Suzuki ARENA (AVG Motors, Pathanamthitta, General Hospital

Took my car here for a service today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd like to specially mention Rajeev,who was handling my service today.

AVG Motors Pathanamthitta is Maruti Suzuki vehicle's showroom. AVG Motors branch at Pathanamthitta is ok.
Parking for the vehicles are limited.
New vehicles from maruti suzuki are parked inside or rather behind the showroom and service centre is at the back.
small showroom but staff is good, Cooperative and making vehicles and car accessories purchase easier for the customers.
The showroom is located diagonally opposite to Pathanamthitta government hospital.

Not much customer friendly
We brought out first car from AVG Kottayam and we had excellent customer support. It was few years back but now when I went for exchange of old car for a new one was not quite satisfied with their response and had to go to another Maruti dealer.

One of the best Maruti dealers at Pathanamthitta. Staff and their service are good.customers satisfaction with the dealings.

Had a very good experience buying car form avg pathanamthitta. The customer executive was very good and informative. Eventhough the delivery of car was delayed than expected overall satisfied by the service. All other staff in all sections were really helpful in completing the procedure of car delivery. Had few glitches regarding accessories . Sorted out after a weeks time ,guess it's due to corona affecting courier services.

Bad service, and parts change my car with out my information, staff attitude is very bad, clening is not properly

AVG Motors the Suzuki car dealer and service center got a very good reputation for sales and service. They don't loot the people and misguide the customers for unwanted repair and parts replacement. The staff are friendly.

Really Good Dealers to Deal and they say all the necessary facts about the Vehicles and other add ons for the Car
Only it needs a more parking facility for the Coming cars
