Indus Motors Commercial - Maruti Suzuki

Very good place to buy and service Maruti Suzuki cars. They have huge service personnel to attend to their customers. Sometimes the service engineers forget certain things to rectify which we demanded during handing over for servicing.

Wonderful experience and very smooth dealing especially by the sales person Mr.Sharanju. He gave us best service from the test drive session to the delivery. Very friendly and dedicated guys. Post delivery activity is also good. Thank you so much.

Happy with their service as well as with their efficiency in delivering the vehicle on time. Staffs are really helpful and pleasant.Assisted really well. Hoping the same will be continued throughout the service period. The office is really spacious, has a stylish look and has an ideal location for potential buyers😁.

Poor experience never give your car to them for service. They cheated us and over charged a huge amount and never give you the proper information on the payment how much it will cost and at the end give u huge bill, My car cost Rs 41000/- bill and they made the bill.

Management is very bad.

Had an emergency issue with my key FOB while travelling through ernakulam, rushed to this nearest indus motors service centre.. got it fixed in 20 minutes. Good customer handling and service. They asked me to wait in the customer lounge which is quite comfortable.
Space constrain is there to handle more vehicles.

I do not have any enemies, but I will never ever recommend this dealer to my enemies. Pathetic to say the least. Why Maruti is not listening to such reviews. I will share my latest experience of buying New Brezza ZXIAT from them. I took delivery of my new vehicle after 17 days of payment of the entire amount. They had collected something like 15k extra. I had to wait almost one month to get that back. Now it's almost 57 days after delivery of the vehicle. I have not yet received the RC from RTO. Do you know the reason? The dealer has so far not been able to upload the HSRP details in mparivahan portal. Can you believe!

Went to change a chip. The vehicle was delivered on time and the service supervisor Mr.Nelson knew his job.

Too worst place to give your maruti suzuki vehicles for service and maintenance.
My vehicle's rear windshield was shattered everywhere inside car due to an accident one day.i changed with new rear windshield.
One day when I was trying to clean inside car with vaccum cleaner these shattered glass pieces run into vaccum cleaner from the gaps of rear seat.then for the next service I told them to clean &take out all shattered glass pieces deep inside vehicle. I got vehicle which seemed clean & when one day I open rear boot area to take my spare wheel, I saw those shattered glasses still inside my spare wheel area, that image I am sharing here.
Let this review be an eye opener for service team manager & service staff as a black mark for them & consider each & every customers vehicles with an extra care while delivering after every service.
