Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Sree Gokulam Motors, Thodupuzha Muvattupuzha Hwy

Please double check if anybody buys cars from these people.
Recently I purchased a New Tata Tiago XZ+.There is a Manufacturing issue in the car, the right-back side Door cladding is hitting on the front door when it is opening (only front door closed condition), I informed the service centre they are asking money for the part replacement and they are not ready to replace also. It's very sad to say that the vehicle build quality is not up to the mark and service quality is worst.. please share a Quality checklist along with the manual or Brochure if you don't have any  Qc team or they are incapable of doing proper QC. images and videos are attached for your reference The second issue is the left-front door is not locking properly. Need to apply tremendous force to lock the door. Especially for ladies, it's very difficult. same informed service centre and they couldn't able to resolve the issue

I have booked Tata punch on 7th July 2022 by paying Rs. 5000 as advance in Gokulam Motors Thodupuzha in Kerala. I have revised my decision. But they told me to pay Rs. 6000 again then only they will refund that as Rs. 11000. I dont have that much money to pay. So thats why I paid Rs. 5000. But they said this is Tata Policy. When I called customer care there is no policy like that. Pathetic behaviour. Looting money!!

Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Inadequate and irresponsible employees. I don't recommend anyone to waste your time and money with such low standard people. Look elsewhere you might find tons of professional dealers.
