I went without any prior appointment. The workshop had opened after Onam break. The cars were lined up for service. I had a taillight fused bulb and wanted a change. I thought they would not change it seeing the rush. However, toy surprise the reception staff was patient and asked me to wait and a service staff was deputed who did the needful.

Very bad experience.They will persuade you to change expensive unnecessary parts for their profit. I was running my city for past 7 years and it was running just fine without any major trouble.But the day I stepped in peninsular Honda everything changed .
Even the customer care manager work talk to you nicely, they are very rude and arrogant . They don't care about customer needs because of the monopoly these service centers made over the car service market saying warranty loss . The worst kind of service is provided at these authorised service centers .

The worst experience. Came here for an oil leak. Repaired by replacing the oil filter and some other component. A couple of days later, years of perfectly running vehicle breaks down when im travelling in the middle of a town im not even familiar with. they also dont let you know about any update about the service or repairs and are very disorganized when it comes to conncting people from other departments. Bad experience and not going back anymore.

The service provided by Peninsular is competent, good and professional. For the past 13 years, I have serviced my cars from this place. Never encountered any problems or improper behaviour or malpractice from their part.

Very bad service experience.
Expections was much more. For 3500 rupees service package, not even washed the under body of the car. Cleaning of the car was just for the name sake. When they called for the feed back, we reported the same and the reply from them was not acceptable. Never recommend any body for the Honda cars because of the service provided. It's high time to update the service centre and facility provided including the coustomer waiting lounge.

My service experience was nice. I booked a service appointment for 31 Dec 22. Being the last day of the year, they accepted only limited bookings. By 4pm I received a call that servicing has been completed. I doubted that they might have cut short the job. But no issues so far & the driving experience has improved post servicing

The sales service is good, the customer support is ok too, the staff's are friendly and Professional.
They have a good customer lounge.⠀
The service here was good but during the Corona pandemic I didn't get any call regarding service due and now their is service lag too.
