The customer service is good and how they repair or service the vehicles is also good but not that great. However it's one of the most busiest maruthi service center in wayanad so that there is a slight delay in getting the service done. Most of the spares are readily available and if something is not available they will get it as soon as possible.

One of the best authorised Maruti service centres in Wayanad. I always give my car for service here. visiting this service center since an 5years now!! Like some reviews mentioned they should really improve the service Quality and the Customer Interaction. we need to wait alot once u visit the service center. i m not satisified with the services so far
But this time i have visited for BodyShop Repairs and Paint works. Nizam is your guy here! jus directly ask for him and he will take care of every thing. he will be in touch with u over phone and updates u about the status.

I give my swift and get 20000/_ bill,and then visited other wokshop few months later then, i realised they do not changed the parts they promised to change.
Simply cheating customers.

Very bad experience ever, please don't leave your car for service in your absence, please don't allow them to deliver your car at door step if it is possible to spend a day for that it will help you not to be get cheated, they will utilise this opportunity to steal your car accessories and replace with old one, they stolen my car 5 wheels and replaced my car's wheel bearing too. Anyway they are not going to agree with this ever, so I just wanted people to know the dirty face they have behind their smiling face. Thank you Indus motors kakkavayal for your wonderful service *****.(This might not happening to all of you, but beware)

Adipoli service, seriously its from my experience, I’m dr labeeb i was travelling from kayamkulam-mangalore. With 2 days stay in wayanad, ac was not functioning properly after reaching wayanad and we consulted some local A/c repair shops also they couldnt find the problm finally we reached indus motors , met Mr jash george he diagnosed the issue with the car and found the treatment as he came to know the we have to travell to mangalore he made the arrangements to do the operation ASAP. He was so helpful he even made arrangements to eat our lunch which we had taken parcel. Because of him now we can carry on with our trip plan
