Amazing service from Mr Pradeep Khandla. Honda Amaze is our first family car and Mr Pradeep has guided us very well. Very calm and supporting guy. So many benefits is given as a Diwali bonus on a car.

Service not satisfactory..very upset by such a lightly attitude after expense of lacs..not happy at all..Not a proper person u find who attend your true problem in car.. disappointed too much..A person like me.. middle class was not still given proper answer or replacement of part even within 4/5 months..what I expect later on..I never expected such a 3rd grade service attitude from Honda

Very Very bad experience after sale support. Do not buy Honda car and if you want to buy then do not buy from this emerald distributor. In just three years my Honda mobilio car, window is not working and I ask for new spare part, they told that it is not available because mobilo car production had been stopped just few years ago.. They should tell me this that after buying mobilio car you will not get spare parts of this car and you have to suffer for 15 days and more without window mirror. Very very bad experience.

I had buy car from Honda. emerald Honda before sales my experience is so good they treat you like your best in the world i had purchase my car i.e amaze in July and writing review after 5 months.after purchase car you are nothing you get zero sales after service. I had taken zero dept insurance with honda assurance .when i claim for insurance no phone call or any service given by Honda side you have to call every time to ask about what happen to your car . Today is 5th day my car is in service and no response . I guess i had made big mistake by selling my maruti and join honda family its realy disappoint me and i think never ever suggest any one to buy car from emerald honda.

fraud department, fraud company, don't buy Honda car, emerald honda call me for 50% off amazing discount for the car service and he will told me for 1200 rupees service charges, i have confirmed twice with him for the 1200 service, when i reach to the showroom from 100 kilometers it was estimated 5400 charges for the service, when i call to the manager he will not respond me and all the staff and Himmatnagar and Ahmedabad showroom employees BLOCK MY CONTACT NUMBER

Since last one year, there are scarcity of Manpower and spare parts at workshop. Ultimately customers not getting satisfied service from reputed brand. However, Honda is famous for customer's satisfaction. Kindly continue with earlier quality services. Staff attraction rate is also too high. It affects the reputation of company.

Dear Emerald Cars,

I am your customer since 2013, and I own a Honda Brio Car with the registration number GJ01RB3453. I gave my car for the service on 8th July 2020, based on your call. I had mentioned the following complaints before and during the service

1. Automatic door not working properly
2. Key chain battery needed to be replaced
3. 1 speaker was not working
4. Wiper change

On the basis of our complaints, I received that my A.C. need urgent attention and repair, and a few other unwanted services. Moreover, my office timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and I was asked to pick-up the car before 6 PM.

I don't why invoice of Rs. 10371/- was handed over to me, I checked the service cost on the link provided before service according to which the cost was coming Rs. 3500/-

Even during the service I had asked Mr. Nirav to change the battery of the key chain (he asked to go another market shop), speaker issue (asked me to visit electrician/ auto decor), Automatic door (service was not done), I was unable to close the door in heavy rain on last Sunday.

I request you to kindly refund my money by this week and Emerald is not able to provide service of my satisfaction. I will never recommend Emerald cars to any customer in the future (I did 3 recommendation in the past)
