Shivalik Hyundai SG Highway

We were at Shivalik S. G. Highway showroom today and one of your employees (Mr. Anil Kachhadiya) behaved with us in very rude manner and made us feel as if we were beggars. People like him are degrading the purchase experience and reputation of the company. If we were there to buy a car worth 22Lakhs, somewhat decency is the least we expect. My father in law is a class 2 government employee and to mark his words “Bhikshuk sa ehsas karwaya”

Mr Nikhil assisted us through test drives and was to the point when it comes to behaviour or explanation. But this Guy, Mr. Anil is a disaster.

It's a showroom at SG highway. The showroom is on the ground flood but the basement is in a very pathetic condition especially the room where they keep accessories etc. This could have been made better with less effort.

Not happy with the after booking service. Reasons
1. No update from their side regarding the delivery
2. Decrease in the discount and offer amount after the booking
3. One of the accesories given by them is not of Hyundai and when inquired they said it's a gift, lol. The material and quality is not of Hyundai. They should have made it clear at the time of booking that particularly accesoriesy will not be of Hyundai brand.

Visited the showroom to see i20 with automatic transmission, as its the nearest showroom from my home.
When i entered the showroom the receptionist i don't know the name (had specs) behaved like she is the owner of showroom. Having zero knowledge about any car or even how to behave or talk with customers. We were there to book a car which costs 11 lakhs! Which is not a small amount.
First impression is everything! I would not suggest anyone to visit the showroom! No doubt everyone else might be excellent but such employees are ruining your business.

Nishant bhai is very humble and good person.
He explain us every details about car and car's features in every variant. Thank you sir for your support.

A good place to own a 4 wheeler. They maintain all the safety as per the covid situation. Great environment and people are also nice and helpful. All kind of variants in every car is available so you can be comfortable while purchase. Service is also good.

Shivalik Hyundai is best showroom for hyundai cars. They fulfilled their
promise to provide car in the given time. Only one issue I had faced with
shivalik hyundai is they took my whole day for delivery of car. But they
arranged car within very less days from the date they had given to me. The
Sales Consultant who is provided to me (Khusal Patel) and Digital Team
Leader (Mukesh Bhai) is very humble and polite and he solved all my
questions and queries in a professional manner. Thanks to Shivalik Hyundai
and their team for providing me my dream car.
