I Have a Nexon EV and Travelling from Indore to Mumbai via Gujrat just because one of the charger on my way at AVANTIKA RESORT stopped working and I got stuck searched for a nearest TATA Showroom on my way as per the car range left with me got in touch with Parth Motors -- spoke to GM Mr. Rituraj and he was all set to help in this situation... I Really need to appreciate this guys. Because I called him in night 11 and his statement was Sir you just come will surely assist you with this issue... Unfortunately I have to stop in between for a Small top up and I Reached in morning 6 the awesome part was he just answered the call in one ring... He was all set to help... He called the security guys to open the Customer Lobby and arrange a socket to get the car charge and also to arrange the TEA and Water.. for us....

Message to the Owner of Parth Motors -- Mr. Rituraj is a Asset for your organization and if you have such employees with you trust me you will have the Top NPS... Accross State... I really need to appreciate him more but not getting words.

Message to Tata :: You have really made a out of the box Car I am very satisfied with my choice by choosing EV over Creata.... But only one Humber request all though I can see that TATA Family are putting their Best to get the infrastructure in place as soon as possible... But Just a suggestion if you can install a fast charger in all your showroom... Then there is nothing best then that...

And creating this Infra will also cost you less and Overall NPS willl surely get the Boost
