Place is clean and not too crowded. Staff is extremely helpful even the security guard. They realized I don't know Bangla and started speaking in Hindi immediately. Thanks to that my account opening went without a hitch.

I am reached at 3.20 pm Security gard say bank is close 3 pm. But bank opening time 10 am - 4 pm. I asked any notice. He can't say anything Because they don't have any Nothing opening time to closing time.pathetic Behavior SBI IGC kalyani..

Very bad management. Workers are very slow. Security is rude and incompetent, creating chaos at the entrance while inside is empty.
