These people used convince old people account HOLDERS for fixed deposit but later we come to know it is LIC which u cant even withdraw according ur requirement.

Also very slow
Dumb staffs

SHOULD BE CLOSED

AXIS BESIDE THIS BRANCH FAR BETTER.

Guys don't open account hede nor try for any transaction.

Very bad experience at aadhaar centre,
I returned back because there refused my appointment slip which I download from website.

When I went to update my address, they told me online copies of address proof wont work when everyone in the country knows about digilocker. Then after a lot of explaining they admitted their printer is broken hence they can't take printouts. The stuff is full of liars and they only want to harass you. I have been to a lot of HDFC branches across India and this branch is surely the worst.

I think all the 5 stars r given by the employee, & whts upp with the security gard,his attitude is so bad & rude ,he thinks that he is paying us our salary or wht?? He didn't even let me wait inside the bank 😡.i hope this bank fulfill the needs of there customer rather then being rude to them ....

Most illereate staff ,they don't have any idea how to deal with customers .

One of the worst branch I have visited.they should do be given a field training and let them teach , how other branch works

Not satisfied with the the service. Could not able to contact with the Branch(Konnagar) as well as Relationship Manager also. I am not able to know who is my RM.
