Staffs are not helpful, very bad service. They should learn "customer service".
As SBI is well reputed banking organisation, the staffs are thinking that we dont have any options other than SBI. Focus on customer service, its better.

All the officers and other staff are helpful at least at present.
Social distancing is maintained as you can see from the pictures attached.
