few employees in the bank they don’t know how to talk with Old Mens, Old womens they themselves thinking like bank owners, rude talk with customers i have seen infornt me all this happened. Worst service from APGVB from Kothakota Branch (especially).Higher authorities should involve and make them teach them how to behave professionally.
