This bank has got some really good employees who are standing as the epitomes of service.I experienced the kind of service that I receive in USA.service is exceptional and their relationship with the customers are applauding

I would like to take a movement and say a BIG THANK YOU to Vijaya Bhasker T from Dilsukhnagar branch operations, who is an amazing person with his tremendous customer service. I had multiple CIF ID issues and visited RR Nagar, Bangalore Branch multiple times with numerous docs/forms etc...but there was no much progress but when I reached Vijaya Bhaskar on the phone, he personally liaised with different branches, resolved all the issues, closed unwanted accounts and finally helped me to keep only one CIF ID..I had waited almost 3-4 months to resolve this issue and lost impression on Axis Bank but Vijay Bhaskar from Dilsukhnagar branch just did everything within 10days. I am really impressed with his approach and customer service. Thanks Again Vijaya, just because of you I am still maintaining my relationship with Axis Bank. GREAT JOB!!!!

The reason i thought to take an account in axis i hered about there service is good but for a account opening they took one an half months now for an internet banking activation iam wasting my time energy for two weaks . irresponsible and pathetic sevice. never recommend anyone.

Well infrastructure, don't go for loans from outside of the bank contact in this premises only, always keep atleast 3 EMI's in your account.

Staff here are very friendly but the only problem i have is with the ATM deposit machine. I use atm to deposit quickly but for the past few months, the deposit machine in this branch is not working. Please fix the issue

No value for customer time, No proper guidance to customer, without intimation Accounts are getting freezed and to unfreeze the same they are taking 7days.
Better is to go with other banks

Great service provided by Axis employees to its customers. Keen to customers queries and responds accordingly.
Overall satisfaction is guaranteed with on time services😊👍

But axis bank is not good at service

They will be keep on calling for schemes accounts
Loans
Home loans
Pre approved loans

But when we want to call
We have a number
And it charges for us

The account is of us and we should pay to talk also

And the response is also not good

Axis bank bothers only abt their benefits
White intimation they move a charged account to hold

And they will tell unless we call them and ask

But calls for unnecessary things

They are least bothered about coustmers

Only the staff shows responsibility
But from the higher management no seriousness
