This review is in specific about the Branch Manager Duvvuri Muralikrishna, a humble, warm and an honest gentleman.
He helped me update the passbook instead of asking me to download an app. He understands the needs of retired and old people and is extremely helpful.

The staff here are very lazy and irresponsible, don't wonder if they give rude answers, even though you stand in line for hours it doesn't matter for them and won't be considered as there's two operating counters out of which only one is used for banking services of all the customers. Regardless of the time you spent there the staff ensures to avoid there work and are much interested to gossip with colleagues rather than working efficiently. So please ensure you're ready for all the dissatisfaction from this branch...
