They apply too much charges without any reason. Too bad service

Hdfc bank having all facilities just likes saving, current account and also having facilties for business requirements

Serious worst branch ever. If you are short tempered or you are impatient in general then please dont ever visit this branch or open your account in this branch. I dont know in which era their staff is living because they still believe in troubling the customers so much that their customer is so much frustrated that they dont visit this branch ever. I have gone to this branch 10 times for one account closure and each they had different excuse. Out of those 10 times, 5 times they said their manager is on leave so they cant proceed with this account closure.

Wait period is pretty huge because it is located in industrial hub of Gill Road.
Other than that, everything is good about this branch

No polite behaviour of hdfc officials while attending customers.

I was standing in line for 30 minutes and no one came on the customer help desk very bad experience

Very much cooperative and polite dealing by the staff specifically at welcome desk. I didn’t expect that patient and helpful behaviour. Thanks
