The bank which provides fixed deposits, recurring deposits, house loan, personal and cultural loan to it's customers. Excellent dignity of work

Staff is not cooperative. Even the don't have knowledge about transaction.they told to customer after transaction how much charge. Special who deal with foreign currency and with transfer. I want to close my account this bank. I opened my account 12 year ago but now specially Sangrur branch is????????

Worst services, staff even don't have proper knowledge of products and services.

I went to This brach so many times staff is always very humble and kind , but now im staying overseas so i want to inquire about my account , but the number is im trying to call is not in service. So can i get the Contact number of the kaula park branch ?which is in service please??? Appreciate that . Thanks 🙂

Very bad customer service

I went to this location to close my joint account with my mother.

We were greeted by the help desk guy, who was friendly and guided us to head to the manager desk.

I forgot manager’s name, he daily commutes from Patiala. He was very friendly and asked us politely not to close our account. We explained the reason and he started the paperwork.

Another employee offered me a chair. That was very sweet!

I will give this place 5/5 for giving us welcoming, friendly and coordinating experience!

Good bank Good Faculty and friendly behaviour. Most annoying thing is they charge you alot . So then i start trade in Crypto Currency like Bitcoins If you want to start just scan the barcode and sign up on website with reference code so you and me get some Bitcoins as reference. Trust worthy easy to trade .
