If you want to open an account and you are affraid of frauds ,then you are on the right place because SBI is considered as the best bank in the terms of sequrity. I bet with you your money is secure here,but it is a govt. Bank and all off you know about the staff .It's staff is not cooperative. Now many of you would have a questions how can I say that it's staff is not cooperative. For those people the ans. Is i went there 3 or 4 weeks ago. I wanted to know about study loan. At first day there was a police man sat over there I asked him sir I want to know about study loan do you know his reply. His reply was the lunch break is going on come after 2 hours. I said ok . I went there after 3 hours the time was about 4 p.m. I asked same thing again and he replied bank is closed now. I was like which Bank close at 4 p.m. Next day I again went there before lunch break. There was a man who gives information about loans. I went into his room and I asked the information about study loan and he said come tomorrow now I am busy. There were only two people sitting in the room . At last I only want to say that the bank is good but it's staff, you know what I mean to say. I hope my experience would be helpful for you.

Worst bank, worst staff, worst experience. We went to pay university fee and they just made us roam here and there specially 18 no. counter

Pathetic Service in branch Hoshiarpur Branch Code 653 Zero management of Branch Manager, Only single window for cash deposit and with draw, Waiting for my turn from last 2 hours ,Really shame ful. This is digital India.... New era of Banking, Really Bad experience..

Worst service in Hoshiarpur , the bank employee are very arrogent if you want cash you have to wait for 3 hours minimum . Such a pathetic service in 2021 . And secondly system is always down .

Hopeless to contact SBI branches in India. No phone numbers are either working or answered. Is this a service customer need?

Very slow and waste service not serious about customer setisfaction. All are busy to conversation with each other .
