Rude unfriendly staff, they command customers to go and deposit in the ATM which charges Rs 25/-. If we ask about the loan schemes available they do not reply properly nor do they give the information. politely. SBI is not their personal property,
What is the Branch Manager doing? Please be customer friendly.
