State Bank of India - Dimapur Bazar Branch

It’s been more than a year since my sister applied for her atm card and cheque book,she received neither of them and instead of loooking at a variable solution as to why her atm is getting denied the sbi people just keep Trying to make her apply for a new atm card every single time.we prefer to go to private bank now as ty provide better services

Today I went to enquire about the updating of pass book since it's an old one that have not been update for a long time..what I experienced was that they send me from one counter to another till I lost my patience.At Last one employee took my pass book and told me that they will update tomorrow. What I found was that they don't exactly know their assigned job properly except to send customer from one counter to another. They blame each other .... These employee should be given warning n if possible should be fired.i don't want to give even one star but lift with no option.

There is not even proper e-mail address and running phone number Link to this website. How am I going to contact without visiting the branch because I'm out of station and online banking facilities is highly needed.

The guards are good.😊 The staff may be harsh some time because of the heat but they are not that bad. All staff are not the same like all customers are not the same.

One middle aged man with littlebit grey hair from C-1 i guess his Ego and Rude Behavior is Next Level...
Of All The SBI Banks in dimapur why This "Bazar Branch" bank Staffs and Employees Acts like an IAS officer...

So,,Much Traffic...My suggestions kindly visit by walking...Or Scooty ..Don't bring ur car..

Staff don't take work properly they should be removed out to take. Loan they making wait for 2 weekz above and the manage is so appropriate that his always absent and never in bank and they just tell come tomorw wen we go again and reason give good service or close the bank to take loan which bank takes weekz? Or months

All SBI branch in Dimapur has the worst of the worst customer service. Arrogant 100% + Attitude 100% and so on.
