Customer Service has improved vastly and ATM is working for most part of the time compared to other bank ATMs. Services such as loans n credit cards availability could be improved.

Better banking experiences than most in the city. Need improvement in services though.

All the staff are good... Smart and so kind but facility is not up to the level..

The staffs are good but the system of updating passbook needs to be made!!! Y take weeks and weeks to make that?? Is the branch manager sleeping?? Giving only three stars because of that!! And yes please check the updating machine or printer 🖨 in the office!! We customers won’t just come to bank to check for updates everyday… wasted a lot of auto fares.. we don’t need printed statements , we only need passbook to be updated!

It is clean and well managed place. The staff are very helpful and solved my query quickly.
