I have been banking with Kannur icici for decades and I worked with some of the best staffs and managers over the years. This time it was the worst of my ICICI experience, absolutely no customer focused treatment. I went to convert my account to NRI and sat there for few minutes and someone finally asked why are you sitting l, despite i used thr touch screen system. And all they had to do for me was asking me to do online, which I tried and failed multiple times. Nothing else, finally I did this online with the documents uploaded and now none of my accounts will work, I have no ways to take money out, use online transactions or anything bcoz ICICI converted my account and sent the details to my foreign address, had these branch guys have told me about this, I could have planned a backup, now I am stuck with no money in my hand. Sucks! I am closing down everything I have with ICICI, and I would reason it bcoz the branch I went to!

We have an account in this bank since 2007 which is zero balance account, now Without any notification they started charging 200 - 300 R's per month. After visiting the branch we came to know minimum balance is 10000 R's. So I have bad 👎 opinion about this branch

I have approched Kannur branch of ICICIC to open an NRI account, Customer service and response has been shockingly pathetic. Wasted my valuable time awaiting response from the customer service executive. Finally iam back to overseas wihtout opening an account. I see lot of low reviews about others as well . No one bothers it seems

Worst bank..No one take account in this bank no use of it. No help from bank for any query. Contact numbers are given in website but unreachable. Even the customer support agent wont help us. Waste on taking any service. Even credit card adv shows free but it has been charged from my account and I didnt receive the credit card in my hand till now. I have spend my time for giving details and every thing still they are not even responding.

Worst customer service.
They are not at all worried about your queries/issues.
If u get a chance to choose the supporting executive from Bank for your future support/reference never choose the Executive Mr.Lijesh. He will ensure that you will cry by going for ICICI bank.
He used to call back whenever he sees a missed call from customer till the loan was processed but never received a call back once after sanction of the loan.
15 Feb 2022.
Thought the bank might have improved their customer services. 😂😂😂 But today when I came to bank again for a paper work, understood that they haven't changed and they will not change.😂😂
Thank u team for not supporting ur customer.
Suggest not to mention "dear valueable customer" when u are writting mail to us.
All relationship with ICICI Bank will be closed soon.

It's an advice to all who are going to ICICI Kannur branch, please don't trust the staff verbally , they will give you false promises before doing the transaction. Get every thing written on paper else there is a very good chance you get bluffed and later you will be helpless because manager himself is the culprit here and they will stop you to go to higher authority.I personally have couple of experience for which I had to Rs 20,000/- for no reason. And one more advice please collect all the documents from them on the same day of transaction, if they say you can come and collect next day means it's a trap, they didn't give you full information, they are hiding something. Unfortunately I got into this trap couple of time.

Hello..I wanna to share my opinion to u this is worst service and terrible experience
If u take a loan from this bank they would cut your money without any intimation. if we would have asked it they would tell a story thy won't revive money......employer in the loan section was utterly waste.......please don't waste your money on this bank
