Axis Bank Branch

Axis Bank is located at Century Building (near YWCA) Kottayam. They have sufficient parking area in front of the building. The services of t he Bank is satisfactory.

Very Bad Service!
Went there to get CFID for my fast tag, since i dont have a account with axis bank.. Its been one month, nothing happened...
They are really super slow at works...
Poor follow-up
Even we follow up with them, they dont know exactly what to do with this Fastag things...

A Forex refund experience...
Day 1 (Thursday): Sumbitted request for refund of balance in the Forex card, along with copy of latest passport (please do ignore the time they took to give me the refund form). They informed that as per latest rules they cannot transfer the refund amount to another bank through NEFT, and hence a Demand Draft shall be issued next day. They took my phone number and said they will give a call once it is ready.
Day 2 (Friday): Didn't receive any call, but considering that it is a simple transaction reached bank in the evening to collect the Demand Draft. Surprise! They realise that the card was issued against my old passport and so the new passport number needs to be linked and that can be done only from some other office, and shall take a day or two. They said that they shall call me once the DD is ready.
Day 8 (Thursday): Didn't recieve any call till now, they were supposed to call by last Tuesday. They informed that they called twice and could reach me. Surprise! Again!! I need to submit my old passport copy and a request to link the new passort number (this cannot be done on D1 or D2, they had to meditate for a week to realise this). They collected my alternate contact number as well this time.
Day 9 (Friday): No call on either of my number
Day 10 (Saturday): Visited bank, and another Surprise! They need 7 days to process updation of new passport number. Finally, got a call from bank for the first time. Update: "Updation of Passpost number is in the last stage. These are done from Mumbai office and as many of them are working from home there is a delay. This is affecting a few other customers as well. The person who has to approve the update is having some network issue and he will do it by Monday." How naive of me not to understand that for Axis Bank there is only one person in the organisation authorised to approve this transaction. Such a secure operation that they don't have any backup and no one in South India. Not sure whether this person has to get his network back for any international branches to operate as well.
Day 12 (Monday): Got sms on transaction deducting the balance in my card.
Day 13 (Tuesday): Received call from bank informing the DD is ready. I went to the bank and collected the DD.
End of a short transaction...

Behaving of your is security personal. He is treating customers as beggers. The way he treats customers, its realy bad. I used to visit so many banks. But in Axis bank, ktm branch only I found these type of behavior from a srcurity staff.
Its already reported to the asst manager. I am planing to clise both my current and sb accounts. 3 banks are functioning in my own buildings in ktm and alleppey.
