Federal bank's grievance department is working here. Facing very much delay in their services. They stand with bank's interests only, instead of truth. They deny your requests without any reason. Very bad service.

Federal bank main branch at federal towers near Swiss time house GCDA Complex, opposite broadway ernakulam and Penta menaka. Twenty four hours CDM machine and two ATM machines are available at federal towers. Nice service and helpful staff. Bus stop name : marine drive or Menaka.

One of the best branches with all services including gold loan and locker facility. There are two ATM's and a cash deposit machine which is functional 24*7. Ample car parking space for customers.

This is one of the best branches of Federal Bank I have come across.The customer obsession and maintaining the highest standards has always been their top priority.The staff is well mannered and break down all procedures in a simplified manner.Thank you!

Account closure request not accepting by the Federal Bank Marine Drive Branch for reason Rs 350 AMB Charge
Kindly note that the requirement of minimum balance was not communicated to me while opening the account. It was the branch peaple who has visited our college and insisted for opening the account informing that it is zero balance account. I have peresonaly visited the ernakulam marine drive branch for submitting closure of account as i am not using it.But branch was not even giving the form for closure and was directing me to cash counter arrogantly for depositing money and then submitting the closure. I will not be paying any money uneccesarily. Please do the needful for closure of the account on priority as i dont want waste further time and energy in it. I have visited branch, sent mail to support team but no resolution till now. I have agreed to use the account for which signature has to be updated.given signature updation form for that also no response. Please don't waste time kindly help in account closure as I am worried to deposit money in it

This is to report an unfortunate incident which happened today at the Federal Bank marine drive branch. My ATM card was supposed to deliver to my home address , which somehow was delivered to the said branch which they didn't inform me. When we contacted the bank, we came to know that the ATM Card is in the Marine drive branch. My Mother, as I was abroad during the period, visited the branch to collect the ATM Card, for which they had some requirements that we managed to provide them but each time we provide any documents, their requirements are increasing and the behavior of the staff was so rude which was very unprofessional and indignifying. Even when I called the concerned personnel, he was defaming that we were manipulating the documents in a fraudulent way to receive the ATM Card. I even asked him to send an otp to confirm the authenticity to my registered sim or mail ID which was unacceptable to him and denied our request for the ATM Card in an arrogant way. I was so surprised by the behavior of the staff as this was the worst experience I ever had in any of the Banks. Also, I have been using the Federal banks service for my past 10 years which I have abundantly decided to close the account as soon as I reach my hometown.
