After acquiring all of ING businesses in India along with shares held by Vysya bank, its all Kotak Mahindra now.

A sudden spurt in physical presence and reach across Kerala at barely any cost.

This branch is a good one, gives the same experience seen across any of Kotak branches across India. The flexibility in product offerings is one keen reason why Kotak was accepted by people as a trust worthy bank and grew in size.

The savings bank interest rate of 6% instead of 4% offered by others was played well. Rather than 2% more, they sold it as 50% more on your savings account and salary account money .

Good to see more of Kotak coming up in Kerala.

Very bad experience about the bank. I had taken a car loan and paid all installments accurately except two of them were late by one day. Very next day kept the sufficient amount in account and Informed the bank then they were saying that they can't collect the money from account and send there agent to home. There agent came late by 20 days. Now they are asking for the late fee. They are saying that it's my fault that there collection agent collected the money late from me and the funny thing is that they charge Rs.1180 as collection charges. If they have a policy that there collection agent's mistake is chargeable to customers they should have told it earlier. Their customer care executive Mr.Hanush is saying that they can't tell it to all customers they have many other jobs....I have one thing to say to all those who are planning to approach this bank " you are not going to be treated after allotting the loan as well as you treated when you approached "

Behaviour of officers to the customer is so rude, the way they behaving and talking cannot be tolerated by any customer

The online services of this Kotak Mahindra bank is not satisfactory at all..My account is being debited with a successful transaction from Google pay but it is not credited to the beneficiary's account and the bank knew nothing about it... And the bank server is also a absolute mess. For first day it may go down for 1 or 2 days but now its shutting down for an entire day... And even after waiting for an hour I am not able to contact them via telephone.... 😒😑

Poor customer service can cause employees of a business to feel insecure and unhappy at work. Nobody likes being subject to anger from unpleased customers and without sufficient strategies in place to deal with these complaints, employees are far more likely to feel dissatisfied with their jobs.03/09/2021
