I had a great experience with federal Bank Malappuram branch, they are having very good staffs offering excellent service and well behaved as Welll.The journey started when I have opened a new account with them till present.You are always welcome for any suggestion or queries you have and I feet great. Always recommend Federal Bank for people in any tier

Perhaps the best Bank in Malappuram town, Very fast service in branch employees are also prompt and friendly except the rush at some time good baking partner.

Very bad experience. Landline is just for namesake. Nobody will attend the call. If anybody wants an account in federal bank, please choose any other branch. I feel guilty for opening NRE in this branch

Very bad serivices, to open new ac it will take minmum 2 hr. Oficers are very lazy people

I would rather go for a Zero star for their pathetic customer service and support. I requested for a joint account for my Son scholarship purpose a month ago. . until now there is no response received from bank side and no one, no one is answering to the call !! its just look like they don't care whoever is calling and for what purpose. they don't value the needs and emergency of the customers who approaching them or they might reserving their good service for their selected customers only. most interesting thing is that we visited bank many times for the same purpose, they are keep saying you will get message or mail which is still remains as a dream .

now i lost an entire year of my son educational benefit and his scholarship scheme due to this unethical banking behavior.

based on my many bad experience with federal bank , I will never suggest anyone to go for this bank !

coustmer services too bad. If you have 10 lakh bank balance you are good to them.

As a federel bank customer,,i can say this branch is very bad..Very irresponsible behavior...bad customer service from this branch. either branch visit or call and mail..as a NRO/NRI customer most of the time I can't visit the branch for such services or inquiries...but i am calling and sending mail to this branch.. they are not giving a response..
