you people are the Same As GOV employees. you don't have any concern about customer problem.many times I try to contact your customer care, branch manager, e-banking care but nobody can respond at once. still pending my problem as it is. even nobody can give me a proper answer. many times I have send emails regarding internet banking. nobody reply. now I think I want to close my current account from your union bank of India Kareli Baug branch.  I requested to stop MOBI TOKEN PIN alerts from services on UBI customer care, disable they told me that your services are disabled now you can access your internet account but I can't. the same problem accrued. it showed error every time. Finally, I had to visit the rushy branch but after a week they did not stop MOBI TOKEN PIN alerts. and I can't access my internet account.Password reset or new customer ID for internet banking is so complex. All the processes are very outdated. You are 20 years back in terms of digitalisation. Maybe your function like back in 2001.
Very Bad service Experience .....
So Guys, don't waste your time with this bank!
