Best bank

I have 4 yr old bank account with vidyutnagar branch, even after filling up so many forms and complaint i am unable to use internet
and mobile banking. My mobile no. Is still not getting linked with my account. I am unable to use aNy kind of facility like BHIM UPI, google pay etc because of it. The staff there is so irresponsible. Everytime i visit them they only ask to wait for another 10 days and then nothing happens no action is taken by them to resolve the issue. My debit card dose not work when i needed it the most. Once the payment was deducted and the amount was not received by the shop keeper. So i went to bank and informed the same and in return the senior executive told me why you used it if you were unable to do the payment. Like seriously!! I thought the cards are ment to be used. That is how they answer their customers. Poor services. I'm planning to change the branch... If you are willing to open an account in BOI i would suggest to choose another branch.
