Poor customer service. Branch staff requested NRI customer to visit a branch to remove their name as a third holder. 1st and 2nd holders both can visit the branch but they want 3rd holder to come from overseas to fulfil their requirements. Ridiculous demands and not a customer-centric bank.

HDFC BANK GUJARAT Nadiad Centre. When we went to bring the mutual fund there, the agents there are not taking any interest.. very poor experience. If you go to invest, then this is the situation.
Then think about So what will happen when withdrawing money.. #Verry Poor Experience 👎
