Good service but staff are not responds properly .Is not new for SBI bank that staff are not friendly .

Very poor services Staff not halp in coustomer.

My branch staff is very nice

Not eligible for even single star.... clerk grade staff have lots of attitude for giving bank account closing form, and even the manager haven't sense of deal how to entertain their clients, bank deducted more than 311rs for depositing my own cash above 2.64Lakh in my current account..... either the rbi got insane or the bank's computer who deducted such amount for current account holder

Bad staff behaviour, they just outright say no and ask for stuff they don't need. I have been harrassed whole day for a minor change which usually get done by simple KYC form(said by their mumbai head office)

& its not there anymore the branch is now shifted to colony inside.

I want say that branch service is very well of other branchs
